Shannon Bone
CEO and Founder
After playing division 1 lacrosse in the ACC at Virginia Tech, Coach Bone was eager to give back to the game and offer athletes a positive and progressive experience. Coach Bone founded Power Lacrosse and Athletics in 2013 when she moved to Easton, Maryland in efforts to grow the game on the Eastern Shore. Since giving her first private lesson, Coach Bone has continued to impact hundreds of student-athletes through lessons, mentorship, clinics, and camps. Additionally, Coach Bone has formed multiple partnerships with local sport stakeholders in efforts to offer players a multidimensional and year round experience. Coach Bone resides in Willards, Maryland with her husband Cory. They have two dogs, Rowyn and Kona, and two cats, Java and Nora.

Tiffany Anderson
Coach
Tiffany Anderson has been with PLA since the beginning in 2013. Coach Anderson enters her fifth season as an assistant coach at Kutztown University. During her time with the Golden Bears, she has helped lead the team to clinching a spot in the 2023 PSAC Championship and NCAA Division II tournaments for the first time in program history. This historic season has landed them a #3 seed 2024 preseason ranking.

Maddie Watkins
Coach
Maddie enters her fourth year as a coach with Power Lacrosse and Athletics. Maddie had a highly decorated career at Meredith College where she played lacrosse and majored in Criminal Justice. Maddie works for the Office of the State's Attorney of Dorchester County and served as the head coach of Cambridge-South Dorchester High School Girls Lacrosse team for three years.

Brooke Blades
Coach
Brooke enters her fifth year as a coach with PLA. Brooke has been a constant cornerstone of the Endless Season Summer Camp and a product of the PLA training programs. She attends Meredith College where she plays lacrosse and majors in Criminal Justice.

Sarah Brooks
Coach
Sarah enters her fourth year with Power Lacrosse and Athletics. Sarah is a 2024 graduate from Loyola University of Maryland where she majored in Speech-Language. Sarah also played goalie for the Loyola Women's Club Lacrosse team, where she helped lead them to a national championship for four consecutive seasons. Sarah will begin gradate school at Loyola University this fall.
